I have a busy restaurant, and it's difficult to track orders for the chefs and waitstaff. How can you help?
The solution is the kitchen display screen (KDS) together with the waitstaff’s iPhone/iPad app. Waitstaff will never run to the kitchen unnecessarily again, as they will receive notifications in the app when the food is ready. Chefs have all orders at their fingertips, with no lost orders! Everything is clearly displayed on the chef’s screen (KDS).
Our internet is unstable. Could this cause any problems?
No problem. The system is set to automatically switch to “offline mode.” All sales data is saved locally and sent to the cloud as soon as the internet connection is restored. Your employees and customers won’t even notice the difference.
I have doubts about the integrity of my employees. How can you help with employee monitoring?
Catch suspicious activity with the staff’s POS transaction report. View all suspicious actions at the register in one place:
1) Deleted items more than 5 minutes after the sale;
2) Deleted items after pre-receipt;
3) Quantity reductions;
4) Voided invoices.
It shows which employee is performing suspicious activities more frequently than others, along with the time, date, and receipt number, making it possible to verify via cameras.
We only operate during the summer season. What about the payments when we close for the fall?
Freeze the database for the off-season for free, and with the first warm days, we’ll restore it for use in just a few minutes.
We don't need inventory management right now, but it might be necessary in the future. What should we do in this situation?
We will set you up and provide training on the same day you want to start using it. The monthly fee is +20 EUR/month for the inventory.
