The prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
- If the representative of the Contractor has to visit the Client, the minimum fee for services carried out there shall be for half hour. For clients without a maintenance contract, the minimum fee for phone consultation and distance maintenance is for half hour (for contractual clients the distance maintenance is included in the contract).
- Substitute devices include standard components inside the computer (except motherboard), receipt printer, customer display, keyboard, card reader, display device and cash drawer.
- Tariff per kilometre is applied to calls outside Tallinn.
- On national holidays the hourly prices outside working hours are doubled
- Ektaco have rights to change prices.
